1/2 mile jog to warmup

Hang Power Clean 3-3-3-1-1-1

Rest 5:00

3 Rounds of Lynne. Total your reps

Body weight Bench Press Max reps followed immediately by
Body weight Pull-ups Max reps


Rest roughly 3:00 max between rounds

Max bw bench (did 280 even though I'm closer to 270) 12, 10, 8
Max dead hang pullups 10, 8, 7

Thurs - did a couple hours worth of stunting

Fri - took the day off to help heal some elbow pain I've been having. Stretching, icing, etc

Saturday 11/19/10

1 leg Split Squats
Barx10 ea
95x5 ea
135x3 ea
155x3 ea
185x3 ea
205x3 ea
225x3 ea

Metcon - 7 rounds for time
HSPU x 5
185lb DL x 10
Pullups x 10
Double unders x 20 (I did 10)

26:15 - had to basically do the double unders individually which killed my time. Felt like I kept the rests short other than that. Man, just when I think I'm getting better conditioned, a day like this comes around and knocks me back down haha

Had the wife working out with me for the first time today. She did good for not knowing what half the exercises were. Pressed 45lbs and push pressed 65lb for sets of 5 and got through 4 rounds of the conditioning!

Thanks bud - it's no row/burpee thing like you did the other day (which looked like hell, btw ). But it served it's purpose of doubling me over in agony by the end, haha.
