25 wall ball - 25lb ball
20 Pullups - 10/10, 10/5/5, 10/8/2

Waaaayyyy too much rest. I had to go late at night again due to family obligations and it killed me. 18:00 and some change.

still 275 is strong cleans. I haven't seen your form, are the oly lifts new to you?

Not really - I've trained them before, but cleans have always been my nemesis. I'm going to hook up with a coach friend of mine soon.

Cool, I guess seeing how big your arms are, I wondered about early arm pull to depend on arm strenth instead of hip drive and speed in the middle, but if you worked them befor, never mind, but still strong work.

You doing the deadlift 400m run 12min as many rounds as posible? The dead part would be a you bread and butter, how is your running?

Don't get me wrong - I'm still pretty raw at the oly lifts, but I am not brand new to them. I just need some more time with people watching to see what the hell I'm doing haha.

And I saw that one. I suck at running, but I'll give her a whirl. I'm thinking 450 or 500 for the dead.

Did the mainsite WOD today because it looked fun and I needed some running this week. Was supposed to press today since I missed yesterday but I'll catch up tomorrow on that.

AMRAP in 12 minutes

Run 400m
Deadlift 425x5

4 rounds. Feel pretty good about that! Running felt alot better today.
