You can only edit for the fist 30 min after posting. I think it is 30 min. Either way, you only have a small window to edit.

Hey bud - I want to be able to complete a 5K with my wife, become more proficient with the oly lifts and decrease bodyfat levels. I've attained goals in many other strength sports and I'm at a point in my life were I want to broaden my goals.

Nice work Ben and strong. Keep up on the metcon, breaks suck, only real tip I can give is BREATH, that and try to keep breaks to a 3,2,1,go time if at all posible.
