CFSB Question?

I started the CrossFit Strength Bias program this week and I'm wondering if anyone knows what it means when the schedule says something like this: 10=>15 Reps. It will usually show up like this: Choose Protocol 10-7-4 or 12-9-6 or 12=>15 Reps.

Any ideas?
