Re: The Chronicles of Brady

That was rough bud. Man i felt for you on that one. It was a tough one to come back on and to fall, just added insult to injury. We should have scaled the box for you instead of scaling up. Hind sight, eh what are you going to do?!?!

OHS

Did sets of 5 from 45 up to 115 in 5lb increments. Lots of reps. Ran out of time. 120 felt heavy, though, I dropped it twice.

Re: The Chronicles of Brady

DT today. 115 lbs. 10:12.

Previous time was 11ish at 120lbs, time before that was 11ish at 115lbs. Hmm, I'll take it.

Re: The Chronicles of Brady

My legs feel like they've gone through the grinder. Snatch balance should be fun today.

Re: The Chronicles of Brady

Really enjoyed the snatch-balance today. Started at 45. Worked up in 10lb increments to 145. Did 150. Failed at 155 3 times.

Nice work Brady!
No excuse not to hit 150 next time you OHS! :stir:

haha I think everyone who hit that 5 rounds of 20 rep squats the other day has the same feeling. Took me a few tries to get out of bed today.

Re: The Chronicles of Brady

Thanks, man. Definitely.

Trying (again) to commit to diet and workout. If I can give 100% on my workouts, I don't mind being about 90% on my diet
