Knee injury - substitutions

Hi guys

I have a cartiledge injury and the specialist has told me that I can train in any movement so long as there is no pain.

I am going to continue crossfitting but substitute rowing for the running portions. However, one of my worries is that many of the metabolic type training exercises are things such as squats / thrusters / clean and press. These I cannot do until after my operation.

Please can people suggest alternatives to these great testosterone producing exercises.

Thanks

Re: Knee injury - substitutions

Richard, I posted a Word Doc of a couple dozen past WODs I reconfigured to avoid knee strain (while I was healing from patellar tendinitis). Click here.
