Burpee ladder

Great job everyone, Ted and Marine Mike especially!

Post-WOD:
1.5m run @ 1.5 incline
(skipped crazy cindy due to ripped hand and a little bit of exhaustion )

Looking forward to the 11 am class tomorrow! Going to sleep in little and relax!!

Jess, Angie, and all the rest of the Albany CrossFit women, you are amazing! You are all so strong, it is so much fun to watch you ladies lift such heavy weights and look so graceful while doing it. Now, if only you would all realize how strong you are without stressing me out and making me yell at you...

getting back into metcons is scary but i had a great time at class today...i missed this feeling

thanks Jay, I don't mind the yelling- if that is what it takes for me to listen I'm all ears
today 32 plus yesterdays 31 = 63 Burpees

2 weeks ago my brother ( 12yrs old) took 1st in his wrestling tournament, by the time he gets to high school- hopefully I can get him to do crossfit, he'll be a monster! With the knowledge of crossfit and the knowledge from jiu-jitsu (thanks to Chad) only great things can come from that --he's my creation-his name will be in lights some day
