Re: Albany CrossFit Workout Log

I added a registration link as well as everyone signed up on our Turkey Trot page.

The new schedule starts next week. I will discuss it more in-depth Saturday at the Seminar.

Remember all of the new classes will be limited in size, so you will need to sign-up ahead of time.

For MEBB: John J., John M., Viv, Jess, Niki - anyone else interested?

Push Ups

Hi...I didn't start Nov. 1st but I am in for the push up challenge. I will try to do some extra this week to make up for last week! I think I only did 100 last week.

Josh, I'll add you to MEBB.

Jess and Erin, that sounds like a fair deal.

Re: Albany CrossFit Workout Log

it was nice to get off the couch today and get some blood flowing. I missed CrossFit and jay & niki so much... Hitting that pullup is something I'll never forget. I'm so happy about it... Hope I can be back in the gym next week. We'll find out what the infection is tomorrow. If it's nothing serious, which I don't think it is, I'll be back next Wednesday.
Thanks to everyone for the "happy birthdays". I have now crossed the CrossFit Kids/CrossFit boundary. Also, now I don't have to use earmuffs. Here's a dancing red thing. I can't find the breakdancing celery.

Re: Albany CrossFit Workout Log

Georgie - Happy day. YOu rock!! did you get a pull up? sounds like you did!!! yay!!! what's with the earmuffs?

Jess & Erin - i told Ted he could probably make up the 500 from last week over the next 3 weeks since we are doing 2000 a month....was i wrong?
Sounds like a tough deal there Erin - i wouldn't go for it!! But you do need to stop using those rubber bands....otherwise you'll have to do my laundry!
The pushups seemed harder today. 250 so far this week
Maria how many you got?
Ted how many did you do today?

Katie & Jen great job on the bench presses!

Here ya go!
Happy Birthday George! So awesome that you nailed a pull-up and it looked so easy! I am not sure if 15 is the cut-off age for earmuffs....but you rock anyways!

Re: Albany CrossFit Workout Log

15 is definitely not the cut-off age for earmuffs, I still have to use earmuffs once in a while...

George, I am so proud of you for nailing that pullup! You have been awesome since day one at ACF. You come in everyday with a positive attitude, ready to attack the WOD, and you make everyone around you happy! Keep up the great work, I look forward to celebrating more birthdays with you!
