Did any of you affiliates...

...question some of the terms of the licensing agreement, or request to have it amended in some way? If so, what was the outcome?

Re: Did any of you affiliates...

Sorry, but I see this as a ridiculous question.
Come to the point, Randy. What is your 'gripe' regarding the agreement?

Re: Did any of you affiliates...

Randy,

I found no questionable terms whatsoever. Honestly, try and find another program/affiliation/franchise other than CF with a more "agreeable" agreement. Besides that, try to find one that offers the resources, community, and pure results that CF does. My guess is that you will have very little luck. I couldn't be more pleased than I am with my association and affiliation with CrossFit.

Re: Did any of you affiliates...

I think this thread came off all wrong. There are no "gripes" per se, and I have seen other franchise/license agreements and they are usually pretty gross. Just a couple of questions that's all. Either way the agreement is getting signed so it really doesn't matter. I think it is a very legitmate question, though.

Randy,
How about you pose your questions or concerns and maybe we can answer or put it in context. It may be something as the way you are reading something.

I think what Randy means is "I don't have any problems with the agreement. Did anyone else have problems with the agreement?"

My school in GA was in an industrial area. It had a, "leave it like you got it" clause. Never even saw my landlord.

LOL... I understand Randy totally guys - he has his heart set in making this happen and his mind is going 100 miles an hour almost leading to talking himself out of going forward with such a big step. (Not get all psycho-bable on ya).

Randy! If your attention to detail displayed in your power point, willingness to ask questions, and the fact you are DOING is testament to who you are - keep on plugging along, you my friend are going to be the proud owner of a successful CF facility.
