I was recommended this item on Crossfit to help with my recover from a hamstring injury. All the detail of the product is on the website and they were very helpful when I called to get further product information before and after the sale. They did a great job helping me to select the correct model.

The product is a must have. When used properly the stick helps to work through trigger points all over the body. I used it before and after workouts and noticed reduce soreness after my heavy workouts. As for my hamstring the recover came along nicely. This tool helped me to spot trigger points in many place on my body that I was not aware of before using this product. The exact model I bought was the Stiff Stick • red grips • G-2475 (44.95) and I also purchases the trigger wheel for help around the elbow, wrist and knee joints. I ordered a second one within a few weeks for my girlfriend, she kept borrowing mine.

The bottom line is this is a great product!

The product states that it is Endorsed by senior USA Weightlifting Coach, Mike Burgener. That is quite an endorsement.

Please look into this and see for yourself.

Another product is a type of stick--I forget the name--but it's shaped like a large 'J' with knobs on it. They sell them at the "Relax the Back Store" on Clybourn, for ~ $35.
