Hi All,

I am wondering if there are a bunch of WOD's that have stimulated the best GPP respsonse and have topped the list on personal WOD love to hate list?

I have a few obvious ones like FRAN and LINDA but was just hoping others would chime in so I can perhaps see a recurring theme here?

i really like Helen and Jackie. mostly because they're the only girls i've been able to do as Rx'ed, and because they have the mix of running/rowing, gymnastics, and weights.

It doesn't have an official name, but the Crossfit 500 has to be on that list. Also Fight Gone Bad.

For whatever reason, I find the 4th day of each cycle to be my favorite.

Nancy's a sleeper. Gotta love those OHS's

Helen is always hard but it destroys me if I don't pace myself. I think the KB swings are responsible.

my list goes like this: 1.tabata fight gone bad 2.fight gone bad 3.candy

filthy 50 and 3 bars of death aren't very enjoyable either.

I have to say the filthy 50! I've probably done about 30 different WOD's so far, and the filthy 50 is the one I can't wait to do again.

I like Cindy.

As I get better at the WODs, I am able to finish in less than 20 minutes.

Workouts like Cindy and Mary force you to pound out 20 minutes worth, every time.

I like Cindy because of its simplicity, and because it was my first CF workout. I also like Helen because it's one of the few I can power through almost non-stop as rx'd and get a respectable, sub-10 minute time. Because of that, I end up very smoked from Helen.
