Is it correct to score the total reps after 3 rounds? Also, since I don't have a C2, I sub jump ropes or jumping jacks for the row. I'm wondering, 1) do I count those reps directly or should I discount, 2) would some sort of deadlift/bent over row be a more equivalent sub for the row?

Normally, it's the dreaded Sumo Deadlift High Pull or SDLHP that is subbed.
Yes, that means 2 sets of SDLHP per round of FGB!
Enjoy!

How do people keep score of each exercise? I just total the score for each round since I can't remember or write reps for each exercise while transitioning between them. I do this: the first exercise I start count at 1. If I get 18 reps, the next one starts at 19 totaling up reps until the round is done. I forget reps per exercise this way though.

I just write out all the exercises and rounds on a piece of paper and quickly write in my score at the end of each round. I do the same for "Tabata this".

The handwriting tends to deteriorate towards the later rounds...

I'm interested in adapting this for three minute rounds. It seems pretty basic, just rotate the exercises from one round to the next. Seems like that would keep the heart of the matter intact.
