Well, if the rules that apply to the muscle up apply here, you would have to have about 10-15 OAC's before the muscle up, and that would be pretty incredible by itself.

Eh? I don't think there's any "rules" for having a muscle up. There's a bunch of people if they have the technique down can get it pretty easily with only having the strength of <5 pullups.
