Re: Please critique my logo

Hi All,

Thanks for asking
I am working on the muscleman crab
This is my first time making a logo, so it's gonna take a while. I'll post when I have another draft.

Re: Please critique my logo

I'm interested to see what comes out at the end. I think it will be cool.

My thoughts; get an awesome looking crab in there, could even function almost like a mascot (although being "The Crabs" would be the butt of many jokes haha)
Maybe do the CFDH in a stylized font, but the tag line in something simple and straightforward. And I wouldn't use the wood logs personally, I think it's going to look weird on shirts and stuff.

Re: Please critique my logo

Thanks for the input Joey! People seem to agree about the crab, & locals think each fishery (salmon, cod etc) should also have a logo at some point for shirts & other stuff. 2 people have actually sent me logos I'll keep you posted.

Dutch Harbor is the #1 fishing port in the US, that's why I have a fish, & most people are here to work & work a lot, that's the reason for the wording.

Spend your time and effort on your product instead.

Just look at where Apple started: http://blogs.tribune.com.pk/story/19...he-apple-logo/

Focus on your core product, and the rest will come

Thanks Philip.
Yes, I agree. You don't need to go nuts on a logo when you have the CrossFit name with you
