Re: Sharknado

Good Wednesday morning. Foggy as soup in Spokane and out in Cheney( Vicky should be able to attest to this as well). Got to get some 5x5 deadlifts in today and some 5x5 front squats( there is going to be some hollering).
Speaking of hollering, a man at my gym was doing some 405# back squats, and at the end of his last rep he let out the most monstrous roar I've ever heard. He then dumped the barbell so hard onto the squat rack that it's front end picked up!

Glad to hear it Paulo.

10/8/2013
Bench Press: 3x3
Shrugs: 3x10
Scarecrow Pulls: 3x5
Curls: 3x4 (Heavy)

Thoughts:
With the way my legs hurt yesterday, I totally pulled a body building card and skipped leg day..... or anything involving legs for that matter. Just went with whatever was heavy, no % based work.
