Homemade Slamballs?

Does anyone know of a way to do it? I figured it may be difficult. I made some medicine balls out of bballs, pea pebbles, and gorilla tape but after a few slams the tape ripped at opening.

Re: Homemade Slamballs?

Really hard to do. Use a sledge hammer and tire.

I love doing work with a sledge and tire. When Im at home I have to switch to a stump cause the tire makes too much noise when the baby is napping.

Re: Homemade Slamballs?

I haven't tried them yet, but it sounds like it would work well
