By the way, I found out..."side-to-side burpees" are burpee, jump sideways over an obstacle, burpee, repeat...

I thought the "parkour Burpees" were quite interesting. Wonder if Jesse has seen them.

side to side burpees are killer and for more of a duuzy add a 24 inch plyobox on each side of the obsticle to throw your feet back onto when in the pushup position, this will get ya good. Later, Fitzy
