Here is a rare yet greusome example of squatting too much weight. THIS IS NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED NOR THE SQUIMISH. OWWWW!!!!!!!!!

I tried to delete it and could'nt. I just emailed crossfit and asked that a moderator look at it and delete it if he/she feels it should be. Again sorry if I grossed anyone out. I just thought it would be something not seen every day. My appologies.
