My New Regime

Hey guys, I think I've found something to rival X-Fit.

Check it out! (Safe Link)

P.S. First post, but hopefully not last, should be starting seriously in a week or two.

<< Moderators notes:
(a) I can't get the link to open,
(b) Jamie, welcome! Thanks for posting the "safe link" designation. Please remember to also post a description of the link, as well? Just saying: "Hey, check this out!" with no description of what you are sending folks to is not adequate. Refer to: http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=337 (safe link) in the "Announcements" section
(c) moving to "Stuff and Nonsense" until I can view it.

Moving to "Stuff and Nonsense" until I can get the link to open; may move it back after that.

Hey, did you watch the finish to see if it got any better? Because I gave up pretty early on.

Re: My New Regime

I lasted about 5 seconds and turned it off. I just couldn't torture myself like that.
