lol, i forgot my sign in too. hence the wod log on here.

things have been good. we just had a baby girl two months ago. kennedy apollo! little rocky is really sweet to his baby sister. how is everything up in SB? you still riding your bike & doing tri's?

my left hamstring almost cramped up on my last set of inclines & my right quad stiffened up on the last set of squats.

Too funny!!

Congrats on the new baby! You guys pick the coolest names too!

Still riding, although the heavy socked in foggy weather all summer has deterred me quite a bit.

I really wanted to do the SB and Carp tris this summer, but, my achilles is on the mend, and I finally came to the realization that to start running would probably set me back, and just wasn't worth it. I guess I was just a "one hit wonder" last summer!

Did you do any races this year?

i understand the frustration of recovering from an injury. i hurt my front delt in january & ended up playing alot of golf over the srping. it helped my golf handicap but didn't do much for my cardio. i'm hoping to do a 5k in november.
