Hmm. I might think about heading out.

I'd recommend others to as well.

Got room in your fridge to store enough milk for me to last the entire day?

Re: Gymnastics Seminar at CrossFit Marin

Have food, will travel. I'll see about bringing my GB rings since I forgot them last time and my trainers in case you want another pair.

When are ya guys gonna hang a bucket?

Perhaps, if I'm feeling lively you can fix my front punch and ring kip and attempt at a dislocate. Next meet is the 30th@UCD and my elbow is now 95% after a few basic elbow rehab exercises someone pointed me too on the GB forum. Well, that and perhaps the handfuls of fish oil I take.

Is it possible to do both athlete's sessions. I'm not sure if I would have the energy to participate in both but I'd like to observe.

We have hung a bucket. It's on a hook that we can suspend from one of the high sets of rings to set up the floor horse under it.

You can hang out all day if you want Blair.

Ahh, I never saw it. We do the same thing at my gym as I don't feel like climbing up to the ceiling and hanging one. I've been wondering whether you had one for a long time.
