Deadlift - Fran - Grace

BW=168-170

Thu PM - Deadlift 535 @ 170
Fri PM - Fran 2:47
Sat AM - Grace 2:13

The deadlift is NOT a PR (565@180), but it is the highest BW% I have done. Based on how it felt I still have another 20+ pounds before things get difficult. Fran and Grace were huge PRs. Grace could have been sub 2:00, but it was early morning and I had done Fran the night before. I was pacing for 2:15, next time I will know better.

Bottom line, it's been awhile since I've had a 3 day span like this and I'm pretty stoked. Especially this close to the Games.

congrats Tony, you definately over paced yourself this morning and you psyched yourself out, I bet you're feeling fine now.

Good job

Thanks Jeremy! Considering I forgot to chalk up before Grace, I think I was still in sleep-mode!

Re: Deadlift - Fran - Grace

I guess you can add the recent 555lb deadlift to that Tony. Every time I see your accomplishments it makes me tighten up my diet and work harder at that day's WOD...

Impressive as always, I look forward to getting back to Canada for a session possibly in the fall. Will the tanning beds be installed by then?
