I'm new to the group so I hope this is the right place to post this intro....
Anyway I've been doing bodywieght exercises for some months and I'm a huge fan of them, I love it but I still have so much to learn...I managed to find a routine that covers the whole body but it's getting very time consuming because my reps are increasing and each exercise has 3 sets....this is the only routine I know so I'm looking to learn ways to cut down on the sets but at the same time raise the tempo...
Here's an example of what I've been doing
Push ups, 137-100-100 reps
Chin-ups, 28-20-20 reps
Bench Dips, 60-50-50 reps
Upside-down Shoulder Press, 17-14-12 reps
crunches, 139-100-100 reps
Squats, 3 sets, 30-30-30 reps
Calf Raises, 574-500-612 reps
Here's my progress so far:
I also love to hike,
Me and ma boy out hiking.
This is what I was like before
some more stuff I'm up to!
Clap pull ups
Orange Flavoured Pistols
