If we can't do enough muscle ups and go for 120 pullups and 120 dips instead - then is that in the shortest amount of time possible?

Or could it be throughout the day at random times?

What is meant here for the WOD?

Also, how many bench dips equal reg. dips?

Leah, 120 pull-ups and 120 dips for time. To better simulate the Rx-ed WOD do 30 sets of 4 pull-ups and 4 dips rather than 120 pull-ups then dips.

No ratio that I am aware of between bench dips and bar dips (or ring dips). I guess this would be a good opportunity for common sense. If you are doing bench dips 'cos you can't do bar dips then 1:1 would be enough. If you are equipmentally challenged then ratchet it up a bit - 2-1 would probbaly be enough but I think you would probably be better off in that scenario doing deep press-ups using parallettes or something.

Cheers, kempie
