I just noticed that PALEODIET FOR ATHLETES was finally released and while checking it out on, I found a list of related books. I was surprised there were so many.

I like most of those books. The origin diet is IMO not worth the paper it is printed on.

Protien Power: Lifeplan is fantastic as is Lights Out: Sleep, Sugar Survival.

Robb, have you read "The Hunting Apes"? I can't make out from the reviews at Amazon whether it is any good at all.

I secont the mention of "Protein Power Lifeplan"-- I found it to be well researched and written. Once I started reading it, I coiuldn't put it down--which is unusual for a book on nutrition!

Clay, The Hunting Apes is a pretty good book if you are interested in the evolutionary origins of meat-eating.

I have not read that one...perhaps something for the x-mass list.
