Phil's log o' pain

Finally took the plunge and started crossfit a week and a half ago. Decided to start log today.

CFWU 2 rounds

Nancy: 5x 400m run, 95# OHS

Subbed 65# for OHS since 1st time doing these.
Did it in 23 mins.

Wow, were those ever hard, need to keep bar back, shoulders will hurt tomorrow!

Ring dips

Did 95 # squat cleans
and 2x bar dips

Took 26 mins, first time doing squat cleans, and my dips are weak!!!

50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Took a rest day yesterday, played hockey instead.

Today 26/04/08

Did yesterday's workout
Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps.

225-255-275-315-315
Grip is slipping at 315, need chalk or wraps or stronger grip

Was going to do today's workout as well, but track at gym was closed so couldn't run (didn't wanna use treadmills)

Today WOD was Rest Day, but decided to make up yesterday's workout;

Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Hang Power Snatch, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

21:08 using 65# instead of 95
