Post custom WOD's
Hi guys this was my WOD today pretty quick but effective.
Push press (40KG) 5
Back Squat (60Kg) 10
Deads (60Kg). 15
KGB Swings (20kg) 25
3X round for time. I got 15 mins. Just got rid of a bad cold so could probably improve that being fresh.
Post times below and give it a go.
