So you take the thin little liner insole out before blow-frying?

Re: Reebok Crossfit Nano Review

Hey guys,

Just received my Nanos and tried them on. For those of you who got them, did you feel they are bigger than your normal size? I got a 10.5 but it fits a bit loose. My toes almost can touch the front of the shoe but I feel like I have a lot of wiggle room in there.

Is this right? Thanks for any insight.

Thanks for the review, I was looking into these, my old Inov-8s have seen better days.

Decisions...decisions...

Re: Reebok Crossfit Nano Review

Nice review.... except I disagree about the U-form. I have high arches in my feet and after 'U-forming' the shoes, I felt like I've been wearing them for years. They molded perfectly to my feet. I've already had 2 WODs with rope climbs in them and they hold up great which is a definite plus over my inov-8s and NB Minimus MT20s.

You should drop a .5 size down from your regular shoe size. However for the Reebok Oly's you use your regular shoe size (Confusing I know).

My Reebok Oly's are Size 11 and fit like a glove. For my pairs of Nano's I got them in a 10.5 and they also fit like a glove.

I winder if Greg Glassman ever thought that one day "crossfitters" would be talking about baking their shoes.

Re: Reebok Crossfit Nano Review

I just got a pair the other day and wore them on their maiden journey to WOD-ville. They held up pretty damn good!! I can honestly say I love them!! Here is what I did with the sizing issue..and I may be alone here. I wear a size 12, however I have "skinny feet". So it fits great length-wise, but there is some room around the body of my feet (this is VERY evident in my Do-Win OLY's). So what I do is double up on socks. Seems to work.

on a side note.. I think I will 86 my Do-Wins because since my feet are so "skinny", the velcro straps have too much slack and get caught on the jump rope all too often. Thinking about the Reebok OLY's....
