Hmm...see that's why I am a little scared to try IF seriously. I'm worried it would make me feel like bingeing.

Next time (Tuesday) I'll take it easier when I finish up the workout. That, and I'll consider eating a larger dinner the night before. I had a pretty small one last night.

We decided to torture ourselves. Did 3 rounds of a clean/press ladder.

1 clean plus 2 shoulder press
1 clean plus 3 shoulder press
1 clean plus 5 shoulder press
1 clean plus 10 shoulder press

Done with 85lbs. 3 rounds (supposed to be 5)

Oh PLEASE do shoulder press tomorrow!

I can really see what you mean. I did a little better. I wasn't stuffed, but I did stay hungry for a bit after I ate.

10k today. 57 flat. My calves are killing me, now. I have to hang Christmas lights today. It's going to be fun climbing that ladder! Energy was good, breating was good. Calves and ankles were tight. I'm just glad I finished without stopping.

Yep. It was really really windy, too. Longest I've run in over a year. I probably haven't done more than a 5k since last October. It was good to get out and stretch the legs.

Split Jerks today.

85-105-115-125-145-155-170

My PR on a Push Jerk is 175. This was the first time we've done splits. It was a little easier, but I still gave myself some room to learn.
