Well, the weekend sucked. Valentine's Day was not good to me. Cupcakes, beer, tequila.... Oh well, it's in the past.

Did Saturday's WOD today.

7 Rounds for time
10 SDHP - I used 85
10 Ring Dips

I was really happy about the SDHP. I got every set unbroken. 7:55.

Squat cleans

85, 95, 105, 115, 135, 145 (bad), 135

It was an okay day. I was in a bad mood, this helped a little. I have poor form. I'm working on my hamstring flexibility right now. Hopefully in conjunction with more squatting and deadlifting, I'll get better at a lot of lifts.

I have a confession. I caved and at a donut yesterday. So not worth it. Didn't feel good at all afterwords. I've actually had a week or so of poor eating.

Eating is back on track today, and I feel good for it. I felt great during the workout.

I feel pretty good about that. Beat my previous best by 50 seconds. On the first 2 rounds, I screwed up and only took a 2 minute rest. Not sure if that helped me or hurt me. I definitely had the headache after. Took me about 30 minutes to feel somewhat normal.

My diet has been really off/on lately. It's much easier during the week. I've fallen victim to Girl Scout cookies. Between that and other cheats, I've managed to pack on about 10lbs, getting back up to about 200. I'm not happy about that. I've registered for the MS150 bike ride in May. Maybe the extra training will help me kill a few calories and get ready for racing.
