mclarenclan on the high road

First time posting to the website. I am a copper like many on the website, also a SWAT copper like many on the website. Did a marathon last year, which beat up my body and put me out of fitness for almost 6 months. I guess it doesn't help that I'm 5'11 and 225, not exactly the perfect runner's body. I did it in 4:26 which I'm happy with, but again it beat me up physically. I was looking for a better option and another ninja turtle turned me on to this workout. Have been doing it since 9/2/07 and I have to say that I'm enjoying it. It's rough and I hurt a lot, but it's getting me back on the road to where I was a year ago. Anyway tonight was 75 squats and 50 double unders, three sets for time. I did all the squats and I attempted to do double unders for 2 sets. I did tuck jumps for the last set. It took me 26:41 which is way too long. I couldn't get the hang of the double unders. I only got the rope through twice 16 or 17 times out of the 100 attempts.

Did Diane
can't do the handstand pushups yet, not by myself and my partner didn't show up last night. Put my feet up on a 4 foot stand and tried to keep my head facing back, so that my head was going down first.
did the deadlifts 135x21, 185x15, 225x9
went to the track and did 440's,
walked 300,
ran 440-1:31
jogged 440
ran 440 1:54
jogged 440 and then walked and stretced
