Vance's Workout log

Did Fran today.
Took around 15 minutes. Played Basketball for 20 minutes afterwards...
Current weight is 240. Hope to be 225 by Sept 22.

Monday August 27th.
Did 3 Rounds for Time of:
1/4 Mile Run
20 Box Jumps
20 Push Presses with 65 lbs. (in retrospect should have used 95)

Finished in 12:25

My workout program is as follows.
Sun-Wed, and Friday in AM is a crossfit workout. Thursday and Sat are days off unless I feel real good on sat.
Mon,Wed, and Friday PM is a strength training/bodybuilding type workout.

I'm interested in how my body will react to this. One week in and I feel REALLY good... Off to eat a protein shake.
