Did a workout today, named it "yardbird". This is what it was.

3 rounds of following:

4 person workout, 4 stations.

1. Tractor tire flip/jump through (100ft)
2. Rope pull w/ 100lb plate attached (100ft)
3. Bear crawl with 35lb dumbells (100 ft)
4. Tire drag (harness) with 24kg kettlebell attached (100ft)

Everyone except tire flip completes as many 100ft lengths as they can. The TIMED evolution for this is the Tire Flip. Once the tire flip guy completes his 100ft, everyone rotates stations. After 1 full rotation of all stations, take an as needed break, and then begin round two, and then round three. We did this today, not counting breaks in 45 min. We were slow, and in pain, and sucking wind, but it was fun as heck. I love this stuff.

30 Back extensions
500M row (too cold to run)
for a lovely time of 37m
I think I will take tomorrow off.

This morning we did skill work, as we have a three hour Oly clinic this afternoon (yippee!) ANyway, did skill work, and learned how to do the KB "flip and dip". Basically a KB swing that you flip and catch, take down, and the SDLHP up, shoot thru the top and release, drop to a squat and catch by the bell, wall ball it up, then catch by the handle and repeat. Did multiple sets of this till we werent dropping the KB, or hitting ourselves in the face with the handle. Looking forward to the Oly clinic this afternoon!

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
135 pound barbell Thruster, 7 reps
Weighted pull-up, 50 lbs, 7 reps

I was able to complete 6 rounds, but had to do jumping pull ups.

Did snatch work this morning. 205lbs twice, and 185 multiple times. Also worked more on KB flip and dips. After that did "100 ring pushups workout".
