-10 mins heavy bag work (kicks/punches)
-10min cool down stretching

-as many rounds in 20 minutes of 5 box jumps, 10 L pull ups and 15 knees-to-elbows (3 rounds complete. working on 4th round when time ran out, had box jumps and 3 L pullups)
-5x 1 minute heavy bag work
-10min cool down stretching
-2x 25 meter swim (kicking with the floatie board. learning to swim sucketh abit)

-RX'd three rounds for time of 45lb thruster, 50 reps and 35 pullups. only got 2 rounds in (31:01)
-10min cool down stretching

was dehydrated for this one. sucked down two large waters and it still wasnt enough. head pounded and almost met pukie. called an index after two rounds.
