been doing crossfit since 26 march 2007 and decided to finally post a workout log.

today:
-3xCFWU
-3 rounds for time of run 400 meters, 50 wall ball shots (21:19)
-10 min cool down stretching

-crossfit total: back squat 255, shoulder press 130, deadlift 225, total 610
-2 rounds of 50 meter 100lb dumbell flips, 10 push up row extensions with 20lb dumbells
-10 min cool down stretching

my hands are destroyed..

-5 rounds for time of 25 wall ball shots 7kg, 30 pull ups** (46:21)
-10 min cool down stretching

*5 pullups instead of 15
** kipping till the end of the 4th round, then jumping pull ups

definately wanted to die after this. i did this on 02 Apr at 48 mins. definate improvement. :-)

holy crud that kicked my butt. i even stopped feeling the anthrax shot in my arm by the third round.

-21, 15, 9 reps of deadlift, handstand push ups. (125lbs, 145lbs, and 165lbs for the deadlift)
-5 rounds of 10 reps bench press (115lbs) and 1 minute of holding the plank position
-10min cool down stretching

anthrax shot still hurts like heck.
