George just a quick question about oatmeal. It says 1 block is 51.4 grams or 0.33 cups. locking at the box of oatmeal this provides over 30g of carbs in 1 block is that correct. Thanks again

looks all good apart from common foods uk, Ground Beef. It states 142.53 instead of 42.53.
