Re: so who cheated this holiday?

Holidays are not over yet I've got another half pound reese's cup and some brioche french toast with a cinnamon butter and brown sugar compote calling my name; ice cream will also fall in there somewhere.

Re: so who cheated this holiday?

candy, cheesecake, cake, ice cream, whiskey, beer

A thought: if you're so strict that eating junk food makes you feel terrible or perform terrible, then are you really prepared for the "unknown and unknowable" ?

So should I start wearing my level III vest regularly?
What's more unknown than walking to my car after getting off of work at 2am?

Re: so who cheated this holiday?

If you don't have a restricted diet, you never cheat.

I think breakfast this morning is going to be leftover pie and ice cream.

Jah, the last three days have just been a disaster. Cheesecake, cookies, 2 different types of chocolate cake, catering from an italian restaurant. In hindsight it's all been a blur.

Where am I?

I guess... I'm just not sure why CF preaches unknown and unknowable in some situations but not others.

Re: so who cheated this holiday?

Dude,
apple pie, gummi life savers, sugar cookies, reese's peanut butter cups, lots of bread, pancakes, all this in like 3 days. I still got 4 to go on my christmas vacation. Oh well. I have all year to eat right.

Because some unknowns are addressed by Crossfit workouts, and some are not. (Which of course leads to the observation that if something is addressed by Crossfit workouts, it isn't really unknown, is it?)
