Nice Idea From Tnation

http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...s-for-fat-loss (Tnation article so maybe NOT WFS)

I like the sounds of these, especially with in conjunction with hybrid programming...

Thoughts?

Re: Nice Idea From Tnation

I've been following Tnation and Mainsite for a couple years now, and it's interesting to see how they are starting to head towards the same direction. Tnation is doing more GPP, my circuit style, basically more CrossFit. And, how (not necessarily mainsite, but many affiliates) are using 5/3/1, and other powerlifting methods.

Farmers walks are an excellent tool, definitely worth using. Take a look into some other Strongman events, I'm surprised mainsite doesn't incorporate them in.

That remarkable thought is so incredibly relevant to discussing peoples ideas on using farmer walks effectively that I no longer feel the need to discuss them! bra.

Hey, you said "thoughts?". So I gave you mine. You're welcome.

Edit: I notice you're still squatting 3x5x215 and doing skull crushers. How's that working out for ya?

the OP asked the boards for help a few months back and then got very defensive when the answer was unanimously, "you're doing pretty much everything wrong." He then proceeded to get unnecessarily nasty. (It was actually a pretty entertaining thread if you want to go back and look, once you got past wanting to rip your hair out in frustration.)

Jacob's just reasserting the fact that what the OP remains to be doing is still not helping him with his stated goals, and that perhaps he should reconsider the advice given to him back then.
