WOD on July 28 2009

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

For this workout, what if, for example, i make it to the sixth round but am only able to complete 5 clean and jerks within that minute and the sixth rep spills over into the seventh minute? Do i stop or add another minute to the extra time i took to make the next round the seventh round?

Andrew, If it's minute 6 and you only get 5 before the time runs out you are done.
