Sorry, I meantmax kipping C2B or better yet try and do a 1->12 UB C2B for time. That should help figure out where you are.

My guess is squats need to go up, work on gymnastics for Crossfit and just general conditioning. If you don't want to pay a good coach (and there are a lot out there) I would say Invictus or !maybe even Misfit if you can handle the volume and loading.
Maybe not the best exemple but I do

21/15/9

Deadlift@225
Box jump@24'

less than 4 minutes dont know the real time but I see the clock 12:51 and when i finish and remember to check I see 12:55

I think the best thing for you is to test the classic Benchmark WOD's and show us some times...

Fran
Grace
Fight Gone Bad
Jackie
Filthy Fifty
Murph

The list goes on....

You can also test the 2015 Open and post your times as this will also provide you with a good indicator compared to all of us that competed.

From those results others and yourself will be able to see what is going on and to what level you are and how far you may have to change your route within CF depending upon your goal. Post some times and I am sure you will get all the feedback you need. We need to know your weakest areas! are you proficient in all of the movements? can you muscle up? bar muscle up? hand stand push up? chest to bar?

Your age will also play it's role so it is good for us to know that.

How and what type of programming comes later once you have the basic data to work from.

Knowing your numbers is key within CF and almost everyone knows their numbers when asked... if you have never tried Fran or Grace then you are not even in the ballpark to decide on what programming is best for you.
