Zyflamend

Anyone ever try this stuff? My masseuse recommended it to me and I looked it up. Don't know if I'll try it myself (looks a little expensive), but was looking for opinions on it in case I ever get clients who ask about it.

Tried doing some searching here on the boards, and I found a few threads with someone recommending it from time to time for inflammation or a few other things, but never saw any back and forth regarding its effectiveness. Reviews on Amazon seemed overall pretty positive, but I always like getting opinions from here as people are pretty good about quoting those medical articles, etc,

Looks like a typical "everything but the kitchen sink" approach which means you have lot of ingredients that may or may not work. Those that might work are very likely horribly under-dosed.
