WOD to Work into strong

Hang power clean/ wall climb
8/3 - 5/3 - 3/3 - 2/3 - 2/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3 - 1/3
You can also use hand stand push up instead to wall climb

Looks like it is implying it is a workout to increase strength. Which it really isn't.

It is getting a little old seeing people ask/comment about "WODs" that are best for power/strength. A MetCon is not the best solution to every fitness need.

Michele has been posting new theads with totally random MetCons once every couple weeks without any comment at all.
