With Nicole, you're doing it for max pull-ups. Now I can only ever do one or two (I can't do jumping PUs as the gym only has gravitron-type machines so the platform is too far back to jump from) so should I just do my one or two reps per round, or use assistance so I can get a decent number (say 8-10)?

Cal:

Set the Grav so that you can do 10 or so on your first round and then use the same setting throughout. Record what assist was used so that you can reduce it in a rationale way the next time "Nicole" comes around. Good luck!
