Using Rogue Yokes as Compact Hideaway Gym?

I want a compact gym, in the same vein as Ironmind's Vulcan system. It can be fully disassembled after a workout. But Vulcan and similar offerings leave a lot to be desired in terms of stability and features. There are also Watson Power stands but it's hard to tell how well you can store them for a compact footprint.

Rogue's Y-1 can be disassembled and stored flat against a wall. But how easy is it to reassemble the fat crossmember and the two stands? How long would it take to disassemble and reassemble for one person?

Also I'd like a pullup bar in the stand, Y-2 has that but its less suited for disassembly because of its height. How high can you put the crossmember on the Y-1? Dave Castro in his video review (wfs) has it raised on only two pins for pullups. I'm 5'9" and hanging any thinner grips off a 76" high fat bar seems like it would be too uncomfortable.

I'd appreciate any Yoke owners chiming in. I know this is far from the purpose of a Yoke.
