Pvc rolled hips, back, hams, quads, calves, lats, it bands Softball rolled glutes

60 lb. db swings x10/jump rope 30 seconds 3 rounds

Prowler push + 90lbs 8x40yds high handles

Battling ropes 3 x60 seconds various types

Deadlift holds on hs shrug 6 pps + short mini and average bands 5 holds...best was 18 seconds...rubber grips kept turning in my hands

Stones lifted to chest height 240x2 260x2 240,260 x5 sets

How close are you, size-wise, to what you started your log at? (You said 5'10", 280 in your first post)

I keep thinking I would like to lose weight, to get better at "Crossfit-Crossfit", but then I hit a new PR on a lift (405 x 5 DL, 365 x 5 squat, 285 x 1 bench, 200 x 1 press are my recent PRs...) and I find that so rewarding. Im pushing 250 again now....thinking if Im gonna be this big, I gotta lift big like you!

Hey Milt,

Honestly I'm probably back up close to that. I went down quite a bit when i was doing metcons, but gained some back after going heavy for a while.

I'd say go for it. Somebody's gotta get fat with me while we're getting stronger, LOL
