Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

It's not that I can't deadlift 225 lbs, it's that I can't do it 21 times in a row. Should I decrease the weight to an amount where I can do it 25x in a row? Or should I stick to 225 lbs and eventually work my way up to 21 reps.

Moving to the WOD section.

Kurt, it depends. If you can only do one or two reps, drop the weight. If you can do 6-10 at a time, stick with the 225, and work on shortening the rest between sub-sets each time Diane appears. You want to keep the metabolic stress up, and working in the 1-3 reps at a time range doesn't do that.
