Left Shoulder Hurts

I'm new around here and have only been doing crossfit for about two months.

My left shoulder has been hurting but only when I do slow overhead lifts (Press). The pain is pretty sharp but only when I get to higher weights (ex. we were looking for 3RM and I was starting with 65 and it was easy so I moved up to 80 and on the second rep it hurt so bad I could not move on, but I was able to do the WOD no shoulder work after doing the presses and I was able to do other shoulder work after my rest day and had no real pain to speak of for the rest of the day) it comes on pretty suddenly and does not last long after I stop doing the movement. It is strong enough that I really cannot continue doing the presses. Any ideas on what I can do to figure out what this is?

See a healthcare professional. The shoulder has way too many structures in and around it to reduce it to one culprit via the internet.

Don't do anything in the gym that hurts and definitely dont try to push through the pain.

Get it checked out.. everything I've been told says that sharp pain isn't good.
