iron for sale

Selling some extra equipment in Northern Cali.

Dumb bells pairs from 20lbs to 55lbs.(total 600lbs) = $450

Cheap olympic bar (weighs out to 40lbs, IIRC) = $30 ~ The bearings don't stay tight and need to be tightened often. It's more of a hassle than anything. But I've use it for a few years now dropping up to 145lbs and deading up to 260lbs on it no problem.

I may also have a set of olympic plates 2.5lbs - 45lbs (total 255lbs) if I can convince the hubby that we don't need them.
If it's sore - ice it. If it's torn - tape it. If it's heavy - lift it!
