While I've been very interested in nutrition/physiology for a while and have read up a good bit about it, I just recently started checking out CrossFit. I'm pretty interested and might try out the fitness aspect of it to replace my normal routine. I have a diet question for you guys, though. It seems that (atleast some) of you use the Paleo Diet w/ Zone proportions and time it to qualify as IF, too. I've never really thought of that, but it seems quite interesting...tempting, too. Basically, I just wanted to see what kind of results that everyone experienced by adding in the IF and Zone proportions vs. just Paleo...or any other combination of the three you've tried.
