Nutrition Diet, supplements, weightloss, health & longevity

While I've been very interested in nutrition/physiology for a while and have read up a good bit about it, I just recently started checking out CrossFit. I'm pretty interested and might try out the fitness aspect of it to replace my normal routine. I have a diet question for you guys, though. It seems that (atleast some) of you use the Paleo Diet w/ Zone proportions and time it to qualify as IF, too. I've never really thought of that, but it seems quite interesting...tempting, too. Basically, I just wanted to see what kind of results that everyone experienced by adding in the IF and Zone proportions vs. just Paleo...or any other combination of the three you've tried. Thanks a lot, guys!

I tried searching around, but the search feature isn't the greatest and I had a little difficulty navigating it.
