One of my staff writers on (WFS) who is both a successful coach and successful blogger wrote this great article and we posted it today. I thought affiliate owners and CrossFit bloggers alike might enjoy the tips it offers for successful writing on your website:

Agree w/ many of those points especially building an email list. Many who do a free workout may already be locked into a gym contract.

An email list with auto responders allows you to drop content on these folks so your fresh on their minds.
